Academy Director at Scotland's inaugural Regional Academy, Forth Valley Football Academy (FVFA)As Academy Director, i was responsible for the management of the Academy and Coaching Provision. Creating and managing the coaching curriculum, syllabus delivery and managing the staff within the academy to deliver the best environment possible for the development of the footballers for our Partner Clubs; Falkirk FC, Stenhousemuir FC and East Stirlingshire FC.
