Involved the development of recruitment strategy, budgets and detailed schedule of operational readiness activities for the 35Mtpa processing facility. The second period was the management of the fixed plant production team responsible for the safe ramp up of the Yandi mine site production from ~64Mtpa to 80Mtpa .
