CurrentProject Director / Senior Contracts Manager focusing on Pre Construction, Estimating, Commercial, Construction, Health & Safety, and Project Close out, from conception to completion, I have also served as a contracts manager, senior project manager, senior site manager, site agent, foreman carpenter, carpenter.My role in construction management is now in it's 45th year, having worked for a number of established construction companies during this time, I initially served an apprenticeship in carpentry / joinery.I have a positive outlook and embrace the day to day challenges that working in construction sometimes brings, I am regarded as vastly experienced, self-motivated, fast thinking and specifically good at problem solving, highly competent with a specific attention to detail and an overriding commitment to project success. I continuously manage a 100% successful record in terms of health and safety on my sites.I maintain a good working relationship with clients, professional teams, sub-contractors alike, ensuring accurate and high quality results, as a valued team member leading to successful projects. My clarity of reporting has ensured excellent results in excess of expectations and maintains a high record of repeat business with healthy project margins.
