IT Project Management delivering corporate services to Australia Pacific LNG sites in the Surat and Bowen Basin Area.

Accountable for the delivery of a 12 month transition programme at QLD Health replacing their incumbent facilities management service provider with an ITIL based solution including establishment of an onsite service desk (utilising Service Now) providing 24x7 coverage, performance reporting, technical design & support, configuration management and contract management. Achievements:• Development of the full suite of project management deliverables including planning, cost management, resourcing, reporting, scheduling, risk management and communication outputs;• Led the recruitment activity sourcing and training 12 resources for an onsite telecommunications facilities management Service Desk at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital;• Implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM software toolset and five core ITIL processes;• Development and implementation of a Technical Design and Support service and a Contract Management Office function.

Consulting on a 5 week contract with Glentworth's for the Qld Dept of Education.

Responsible for the effective lifecycle management, organic growth, and retention of Optus Business’ top customers with annualized revenues in excess of $1M or based on strategic priority.

Led operational relationship development within multiple customer accounts and took responsibility for specific optimisation and cost saving initiatives as well as operational capability strategy, development and implementation.

Responsible for ensuring operational deliverables were met to the customers and Optus’ expectations in line with the agreed services agreement/contract.
