I manage a portfolio of existing customers, and new customers with their IT Operations. My role involves helping transform network, systems and database management using our technology partner solutions, consultancy, training and professional services.My role involves achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. I work alongside customers and partners to propose, manage and execute the full sales process from inception to win. As an Account manager I am responsible for maintaining and building trusted relationships with our end users, decision makers and relevant stakeholders My role involves identifying our customer's business needs and goals, and work collaboratively and consultatively with them to propose solutions and services that meet their needs I work closely with our team to discuss and present product and service offerings to help our customers address the challenges that they faceAs part of my role I have to maintain, detail, and keep up to date accurate records for our CRM system to help all functions of the business.I work collaboratively with my Sales Manager to initiate, plan and develop sales strategies and campaigns to ensure sales targets and objectives are met. I also work with all functions of our organisation to ensure we provide support to our customers
