Prior to co-founding ABG, Rodgers founded its predecessor company, Atlantic Benefits, in 2003.As the creator of Healthcare Purchasing Coalitions, I’ve been regarded as an industry innovator and the pioneering architect of a benefits purchasing model that enables mid-market companies to access the same “bulk buying” advantages of larger companies with increased predictability and stability. These coalitions save companies money while keeping every independent company on their own separate benefits program(s) that they choose.I was named Employee Benefit Magazines Adviser’s 2017 Adviser of the Year and is co-author of the book, Breaking Through the Status Quo: How Companies Are Changing the Benefits Game to Help Their Employees and Boost Their Bottom Line.
