CBS Students is the student union of Copenhagen Business School (CBS). CBS has over 130 student organizations connected to CBS Students, where I am in charge of supporting all the student organizations and the student union as a whole. My work areas consist mainly of:- Strategy development through planning and executing- Support for the Board of Directors- Legal council on statutes, general assemblies, and board work with focus on democratizing- Organizing council on volunteers and members- Development of political structures- Advisory on political mattersMy work focusses on the democratizing of student organizations by creating transparency, accountability and better communications.

I have been a part of the European Students' Union (ESU) as a Steering Committee member of the ESU Quality Assurance Student Expert Pool (QA Pool), where we coordinate the pool members' external quality assurance reviews (accreditations) with partner agencies.

In the Pool of Trainers my task consists of providing education trough courses and workshops for student organization over Europe. My courses consist of quality in education, financing, admission systems, democratic organizing and development of political structures, and strategy processes.

I have been a part of the European Students' Union (ESU) through ESU Quality Assurance Student Expert Pool, where I participated in training sessions and the European Quality Assurance Forum. Furthermore, I was a panel member in the accreditation of Kaunas University of Technology.

Studenteransattes Landsforbund - SUL - The National Union of Student-workers is a more than 50 years old trade union for student-workers in teaching, study guidance and laboratory work. SUL holds the official collective labor agreement between the state and the workers in the aforementioned categories at the universities and many artistic educational institutions.SUL has a close relation to the student unions at the different educational institutions and the National Union of Students in Denmark (DSF), who have seats in the board of SUL too. Together with the student unions SUL works for better student conditions especially when students have part time jobs at the institutions. SUL is affiliated, but not a part of The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (Akademikerne) who bargains the broader conditions of academics in the public sector.My part as president was primarily to bargain the new collective labor agreement for student workers in 2021. Furthermore, I am working for better pension conditions and local organizing of student workers at the different universities.

In Danske Studerendes Fællesråd / National Union of Students in Denmark (DSF), I was the Vice President of Academic Affairs. The political office spans over a vast area of responsibilities that mainly covers expertize in student democracy and representation, financing of education and science, academic freedom, admission systems, quality and quality assurance in education. Even though the title is academic, I had an immense focus on the artistic educations that are members of DSF as well.As vice president, I was:- Member of the Executive Committee in DSF- Member of the Board in DSF- Responsible for the Academic Affairs Committee (UPU) in DSF- Responsible for the artistic educations network in DSFFurthermore, I coordinated national representation, financing, admission and quality policy between the other national pupils’ and students’ organizations in Denmark. Nevertheless, my passion lies for quality in education. Therefore, I fought for student participation in quality assurance by being a member of the student committee of the Danish Accreditation Council, the student accreditation council of the Danish Accreditation Institution and the European Students' Union's Quality Assurance Student Expert Pool.Since August 2022, I got the responsibility for the social conditions area of DSF. This consists the policy areas of housing and transport (including the development of DSFs new housing and transportation policy), labor marked, students with disabilities, international students, gender and equality.

My presidency at Studentersamfundet ved Aalborg Universitet, the student union of the Aalborg University, started in the middle of the Corona pandemic. This created many difficulties when running the student union. Still, we made a physical study start for the new students in 2020 and held the annual university election for student representatives. The main goal of my presidency was to link the different student associations closer to the student union and create a stronger sense of belonged which indeed succeeded.Beside my office as president of the student union, I was active in the different councils, boards and committees at the university to ensure student representation. Furthermore, a close relation to the rectorate secured financially help that was needed due to enormous loses at the student bars of the student union. On the national level, I was the representative in the Academic Affairs Committee of the National Union of Students in Denmark (DSF) for my student union. The position in the committee laid the foundation of my later candidacy for Vice President of DSF. Additionally, I held the position as Aalborg representative in the student council (IDA STEM Students) of the Danish Society of Engineers - IDA.

In the study board, we revised the curriculum of the multiple study programs to include more sustainability. We students in the board put a lot of effort in student hearings, class presentations and student surveys.

Together with other student representatives, I developed the foundation of interdisciplinary study programs, made way for better student representation and advocated for sustainability goals in the faculty’s strategic priorities.

Together with other student representatives, I advocated for better physical conditions in the laboratories, lecture halls and study areas at the department.

The council revised the quality assurance system at the university and restructured it throughout numerous working groups. This included the development of new quality assurance policies and procedures.

IGLO was a student association for students of Business and Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Materials and Production at Aalborg University until 2019. Just before I became Vice President, IGLO changed its bylaws to include students of Nanotechnology and Physics that made it possible for me to become Vice President. In November 2019 I became President.The main work of my presidency was to strength the bounds between the different fields of study in one student association and doing advocacy for the students of the department. Therefore, the association became more student political active and represented in the study board, department council, the academic council of the faculty and the student union of the whole university (Studentersamfundet ved Aalborg Universitet). Furthermore, I worked on planning and hosting events and field trips that all students of the department could enjoy.
