Ian, which is the Scottish Gealic version of John, means "God is gracious, or Gracious gift from God" and Asher means "Happy or Blessed". When I started ianAsher, I needed to create a legal business entity, and I'm not very creative nor any good at branding so, I chose the middle names of my son's and mash it together, ianAsher. We believe in open architectures, designs, and solutions. This doesn't mean no proprietary solutions, but that the architecture as a whole should be open, allowing for adaptability and versatility and avoid vendor lock-in. ianAsher|openSolutions.
