I lead multi-site technology operations for an IT sales, service, and disposal provider. In this role I oversee all staffing activities including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. My responsibilities include researching, purchasing, and upgrading hardware and software; negotiating company-favorable agreements with service vendors; and ensuring all programs do not present data security risks. Additionally, I manage the IT budget including approving all expenditures, monitoring labor costs, and reviewing quarterly P&L sheets with senior leaders. Lastly, I manage, plan, and execute numerous complex technical projects including physical to virtual migrations, upgrades, expansions, and installations.

I managed and maintained the global technology infrastructure with a focus on network integrity, software-network interaction, user support, and ensuring full software licensing compliance. I also made strategic recommendations to the IT management team for improving network performance, addressing security concerns, and scalability.
