Change SpecialistVodafone 2011 - 2012As a Change Specialist within the Consumer Go To Market team my role was dedicated to the NewCo transformation programme. The objectives of the programme is a complete overhaul of E2E IT systems and customer facing and back office business processes. The first phase of the programme was focused on the Pay As You Go business where I played a lead role defining the functional and business process design of core billing, customer management, sales and order handling, product modelling and business support models. This evolved from design into assuring SIT/UAT/DVT testing phases where it was key player in the production and execution of test cases and defect management.Another aspect of my role in managing the change from the programme back into the business as part of business readiness and deployment activities. This included the creation of business readiness checklists, go/no criteria, detailed training content and comms plans for our customer operations (contact centres), retail and logistics and marketing functions.Upon deployment of the Pay As You Go phase I transitioned into the business support function to triage and assess live production issues, agree fixes and implementation plans and manage to a close. This supported 2.5k contact centre staff across 3 countries and the entire retail estate within the UK. -

Due to the success of my role I was deployed in lead role into new business ventures to ensure new client’s needs are met while setting up the correct departmental practices. This has involved the set up, implementation and handover of 3 L&D departments on 3 sites across the UK.
