Responsible for delivering sales targets across bi weekly periods, growth of net traders and stock management.I have recently transferred across to the confectionery side of the P&H van sales businesses and find my skill set suited to the competitive market that it is, dealing with independent retailers in the region aiming to become the preferred supplier for their confectionery range including Mars,Nestle and Wrigley's.

I am responsible for delivering sales targets across bi weekly periods, growth of net traders and stock management. I am currently responsible for 140 accounts. Despite having only worked at P & H Direct for a short period of time have built excellent relationships with existing customers and have secured over 30 new accounts.

Responsible for delivering targets of £2.14 million from a customer base of more than 250 accounts throughout the North East. • Daily accompaniments with Van Sales Reps to improve staff performance• Responsible for all sales office SOPs• Coaching staff through regular one to one meetings with individuals, implementing and monitoring personal development plans• Route planning for the sales team, ensuring cost efficiency is achieved • Training staff in selling skills in order to maximise opportunities• Achieve agreed KPI’s through business development and new business opportunities
