Hail Poppers is a PDR Auto Hail Damage Repair company. Not only do we return your car looking like the day you bought it, but we do everything we can to save the client money. Skills/Tasks of this profession:• Greeting visitors/customers and educating clients about the hail/insurance process for repairs to their vehicle(s).• Answer phone calls from clients/possible clients/insurance companies. • Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals.• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage on customers policy.• Prepare/organize customers paperwork for insurance adjusters.• Picking-up/delivering customers vehicles to home or place of business.• Scheduling alternate transportation for customers from rental car companies while their vehicle(s) are being repaired. • Order and pick-up parts from multiple dealerships for customer repairs.• Making sure vehicles are inspected and back to pre-loss condition before hail storms.• Receiving payments for completed vehicles from customers/insurance companies.• Implementing marketing campaigns and social media for new storms to generate new clients.• Communicating with printing company to ensure all marketing brochures, flyers, banners and business cards are completed in a timely manner for multiple locations and sales personnel. • Visiting other locations in different cities/states to ensure staff is following company policies and procedures; report back to CEO.• Aid with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks.
