Starting at point zero, our department set up Coldflows Projects division from scratch - from designing and implementing operations and procedures to sustain this division, we then grew our network of builders and built very strong and loyal relationships.My role was to design and manage these systems whilst project managing approx. 2,000 projects per year in the builders industry from volume accounts to high end light commercial projects.I selected, trained and managed my own installation teams to handle my projects and, through this role, I helped Coldflow develop a presence within the builders market of heating and cooling projects.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
