I am a senior human resources executive with strong business acumen and a mission to unleash human potential—bringing a diversity of thoughts, skills, and experiences that make a business stronger while enriching lives. My career began in customer-serving operations. From there, I saw the need for more intentional people strategies to support business objectives, and I shifted my focus to human resources. I have since witnessed the power of company, team, and individual performance coming together to deliver successful outcomes. Over the past 25+ years, I helped take a company public as a senior leader, drove the vision for a nationally-recognized corporate university, and led through rapid growth—opening hundreds of stores nationally and internationally—as well as downsizing; I built diversity and inclusion programs from the ground-up and created cultures of high engagement and retention, establishing employee brands recognized on Fortune’s, Top 100 Companies To Work For in America. Through all of this I’ve learned that people remember their leaders. I’ve learned to use storytelling to inspire common vision and help people know they’re seen and celebrated. I’ve learned that humans respect a transparent and candid work environment. Talent is a company’s biggest competitive advantage. Many companies can deliver a what, but the how unleashes potential; the how in an organization is the secret sauce that gets employees motivated to contribute and perform at their best. I’ve seen it proved again and again, and it’s why I believe in what I do.Specialties: Culture Formation and Stewardship | Organizational & Leadership Effectiveness| Executive Development & Coaching | Employee Engagement | Recruiting | Retention | Workforce Planning | Employee/Labor Relations | Compensation and Benefits | Talent Management | Internal Communications | Diversity & Inclusion | Risk Management and Compliance| P&L Management
