My career began in customer-serving operations. From there, I saw the need for more intentional people strategies to support business objectives, and I shifted my focus to human resources. Through all of this I’ve learned that people remember their leaders. I’ve learned to use storytelling to inspire common vision and help people know they’re seen and celebrated.
