For the last 25 years, I have been working in the mechanical industrial sector. In recent years, my focus has been on measurements of prototypes and products during the homologation and pre-production phases, providing extensive technical support. I primarily use statistical software for SPS, CP, and CPK analyses, as well as CAD software like Solidworks, Excel VBA, and Microsoft Access VBA, to create advanced and customized programs for measurement management and order organization.I work with various types of measurement machines, including optical 3D coordinate measuring machines from Zeiss and Wenzel, dynamic hydraulic material testing (INSTRON), static material testing (GALDABINI), and 2D optical profilers.In the laboratory, the main activities revolve around prototype testing, product homologation tests, and strain analysis. Apart from product testing, a crucial aspect of my work involves test planning. I have been actively engaged in introducing DOE (Design of Experiments) analysis and subsequently formulating the necessary tests to be conducted. Through the use of structured matrix methods, I can assess the impact of our products' commercial requirements on key functions, leading to the preparation of validation documents like DVP-PVP and eventually the purchase or creation of specific machines for lifecycle testing.I strongly believe in teamwork and directing all efforts towards a common goal. Outside of work, I have a keen interest in the latest developments in the IT and electronics sectors. During my free time, I study management applications in PHP and indulge in creating devices with the help of microprocessors.
