I have over 20 years of combined work experience in multiple disciplines which include landscaping, grocery, retail, management, customer service, military, telecommunications, and most recently information technology. I've specifically worked as a Network Administrator for over 4 years with an emphasis on firewall administration, network administration, and network troubleshooting. I have chosen a career in IT due to the demanding and dynamic nature of the industry, and because I'm just a sucker for gizmos, gadgets, and tech of all kinds. I feel at home when I'm solving problems, learning new skills, or just tinkering to see what cool things I can do with whatever I happen to be working with.This interest extends to my personal life as most of my hobbies revolve around DIY, tinkering in the garage to upgrade or modify my vehicles, learning more about something I'm interested in, or exploring new places.
