Procurement for Corporate Communications business and Reduce Risk Product business: - Managing bidding for new printing company: RfP, negotiation, contract management.- Supplier management: full business review including performance review to ensure good quality of services, evaluation process in collaboration with main stakeholders.- Cost management: implementation of a pool of suppliers for Artwork with a negotiated price list- Contract management: ensuring non disclosure agreement or master service agreement are in place, MSA contract amendment if required.Purchase to Pay support:- Coordinate ordering process between internal customers and vendors upon requests received. Execute SAP related transactions & ensures all related SAP files are timely and accurately maintained.-Budget coordination: secure financial accuracy. Ensuring full compliance regarding procure to pay policies. Focusing on securing accuracy of financial bookings and follow up on JSOX controls.- Vendor master data management: creation, maintenance, cleansing. Purchase to pay tool implementation support:- SAP S/4 HANA: Support the implementation for the supplier creation and maintenance part. Testing in collaboration with IT, review of procedure, enhancement feedback. - MyShop : interface link to Sap for purchase requisition, this tool is used by the business. Testing done in collaboration with IT. Preparation of the user guide+ presentation, training provided to the end user.- MySupplier : platform for supplier self registration. Creation of user guide for the supplier, presentation to the business to present the P2P process. Support provided for the testing, enhancement proposal for this platform.- Supplier Data Governance: system to allow supplier data base management in terms of suppliers data. Testing creation of user guide for purchasing colleague, training provided.
