In my current role as a UX/UI designer at Reply, I specialize in refining the functionality and visual appeal of the internal platforms. Within the realm of the Social Network team, my focus extends to building, optimizing, and implementing effective user experiences across internal events. I am also involved in designing and building the UX/UI for challenges.com and aiff.com, where I focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs that improve functionality and visual appeal. I am responsible for refining the user experience across these platforms, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for all users.My role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from conceptualizing intuitive design solutions to implementing interface enhancements. Being part of a cross-functional team affords me the opportunity to analyze user experience and interaction from various perspectives, while always keeping accessibility in mind, both online and in person.

During my internship at @PHEEL Lab at Politecnico di Milano, I worked as a UX Analyst, conducting user testing with a focus on neuroscientific methods. I utilized tools such as electrocardiograms (ECG), electroencephalograms (EEG), and eye trackers to assess the usability and accessibility of design products from major tech companies. My work involved testing user interfaces and operating systems, helping to identify insights that improved the user experience through data-driven analysis.

As a Photography, Post Production, and Video Making Intern at Laboratorio Immagine, at Politecnico di Milano, I captured photos and videos for university events, working within photography sets and utilizing various tools such as lights, cameras, backdrops, and tripods. I handled post-production editing using Photoshop and Lightroom for photos, and After Effects and Premiere for video editing. Additionally, I managed the lab, providing assistance to students and staff in using the equipment and tools.

I worked as an Editorial Designer for Ponte alle Grazie, Adriano Salani Editore, where I created visual maps for the book Mafia Mondiale by Aldo Giannuli.
