• Creating customized travel itineraries both for small and large size of groups;• Work with client to create vacation package and book for them includes inbound an outbound flight, cruise, hotels, excursion etc. • Work with travel agents to ensure completing all travel arrangements for our guests; • Experience of using Amadeus selling platform to find the best fit ticket for clients;• Prepare written paperwork, presentations, reports, and tour quotes;• Report weekly on sales/booking/cost trends/and aftersales follow up;• Answer inquiry calls and catering walk-in guests providing helpful and accurate tour information; • Deal with customer’s feedback, conflicts and complains and offer solutions;• Regularly posting updates and promotions on social media various platforms (Facebook, Instagram WeChat etc.);
