With the immediacy of COVID-19 in 2020, I effectively orchestrated the shift of over 200 US employees from an in-office to a fully remote work environment, leveraging cloud infrastructure and SaaS tools including Slack, SharePoint, Confluence, Asana, and RingCentral. Additionally, I led the post-acquisition consolidation of 3 US offices and 3 data centers, resulting in nearly $1 million in annual savings.Taking on whatever is asked of me to support the forward progress of the company is in my DNA.
