REPAY provides full-service processing to ISOs and banks needing payment clearing and settlement services for their merchant processing. In this role, I've been charged to Make it Happen, day in and day out, by leading the teams responsible for delivering on our commitments to our clients and merchants.

With the merger between TSYS and Global Payments I had the pleasure of leading a kick ass team of product folks that are responsible for the product development and management for the core merchant processing gateways throughout the world along with the products and services at the edge of the gateway platforms. Also served as the Global Payments representative with the Payment Innovation Hub in Barcelona. The Edge Solutions included the Global Payments universal commerce API set, 3dSecure, tokenization, secure cardholder authentication, both core and alternative payment methods, hosted payment solutions, international processing connectivity, dynamic currency conversion and other offerings complementing the gateway platforms, while providing intrinsic value to our merchants and integration partners.

In this role, I had the pleasure of leading the product organization as the team delivers world class products designed to help platforms, marketplaces and software providers seamlessly process payments. Whether it's bringing money into the ecosystem through our payment processing, or distributing money out to affiliates and partners on a global scale, the product and dev teams at ProPay bring it to fruition.While building products and designing strategy is exciting. What's more exciting is simultaneously being responsible for key strategic accounts as they leverage our products and services and take them to market. I have a team of what I consider the absolute best business development folks on planet earth. They are charged with helping platforms, marketplaces and software providers implement payment processing in some of the most innovative means possible. Some of the ways our clients are using us to move payments and money between consumers, buyers, suppliers and affiliates amazes me and I cannot get enough. As a volunteer, was responsible for heading up the 2,500 member Thunderbird School of Global Management Phoenix Alumni Chapter Network. Our primary purpose is to coordinate events, bringing the alumni together to help promote Thunderbird, the brand, throughout the Valley of the Sun. To do so, we coordinate regular volunteer events with local non profit organizations, raise money for scholarships and help recruit new students while providing support and resources to current Thunderbird students. We also hold monthly networking events for alumni living in the Valley. In addition to these events, a personal passion of mine is the program Thunderbird for Good, Thunderbird's program designed to help empower and train women throughout the world. Through Thunderbird's Project Artemis program and the Goldman Sach's 10,000 Women program, Thunderbird has changed the lives of thousands of women. I started as a product manager in 1997, heading up the VAR program, point of sale connectivity solutions including; X.25, Dial, ISDN, Visa's VAPs and wireless (anyone remember X.25 or ISDN? Those rogue technologies of the future). Also responsible for payment methods including credit, debit and check. Led Vital's development and roll out of EBT processing and enhanced debit gateway processing services. As product manager during my tenure, I also maintained responsibility for the compliance of products and services along with leading card brand enhancements. In addition to product management roles, I held the roles of Director Product Management POS Services, Vice President Business to Consumer Segment and Senior Vice President. As part of these roles I led product strategy and product management for Vital's front-end authorization systems platform, clearing and settlement platform and emerging market technologies.
