Most people know what tellers do at banks. What sets my role at Wells Fargo apart is the expectation to sell banking products while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Kohl's has an open return policy, meaning anything you are unsatisfied with can be returned. My job was to help an endless line of customers with their returns. Additionally, I was responsible for: experience training for new employees, inventory of all returned items, assisting customers with accounts, and opening and closing store procedures.
