Promote processes digitalization and automation.  Act as focal point with IT.-Coordinate TU reporting and dashboards-Manage TU content catalogue

-Support TenarisUniversity digital transformation (interphases, RPAs, processes automation, integrations) being a focal point with IT. -Development of reports and analysis of the main training KPIs. -Support Tenaris University Learning Management System. -TU budget consolidation and follow up. -Improve user experience and training delivery tools.

-Analysis and review of HR processes identifying improvement opportunities.-Analysis and improvement of processes and tools to attract, recruit and retain qualified employees identifying areas of improvement to implement corrective actions on the expected profile.-Development of reports to support decision making processes in HR and in the business.-Support to the performance evaluation system for Technical Leaders and Shop Floor. Acts as a link between the global area and the regional areas. Consolidates the regional results of the talent development processes and aligns the implementation of practices across the regions analyzing the overall quality of the process and proposing related actions.-Support to specific projects related to the scope by defining the HR tools required and necessary actions to support them.-Design of development activities in order to guarantee the availability of an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel, and coordinates the regional implementation with Industrial Relations counterparts.
