Retired from Physics and Astronomy at the University of New Mexico in 2019. Worked in academia both in the US and Europe, government labs, defense industry, startups, and done consulting. Started MicroPhonon LLC in 2014 to develop technology for acoustic water leak detection. My areas of specialization are laser physics, optics, photonics, semiconductors, instrumentation, embedded firmware, electronics, and proposal writing.
