With more than 20 years of experience in Defense and Homeland Security projects, mostly on the African continent but also in Europe and Asia, I have extensive knowledge and strong background in the fields related to counter-terrorism, intelligence and homeland security. Among the projects I brought and managed are the creation of counter-terrorism combat units; the establishment and upgrade of intelligence units (HUMINT, SIGINT and OSINT) ; the establishment of Presidential Security units; the Security of large events as well as a number of Safe City projects. My most prominent strengths are in developing new markets, building strong relationships with key figures, establish trust and my ability to understand the customer's needs and to adapt him the right solutions, suiting his needs on the one hand, and the needs of the organization I represent on the other hand. A large part of my business connections have been with me for many years, and my clients often come back to consult and collaborate on other new or existing projects.
