- Consultancy services to potential investors and/ or developers that involves Working Agreements, Business Planning, Marketing & Sales Strategy and Property particular.- Providing investment advisory services to clients and investors to secure commercial real estate in Jakarta.- Dealing with open markets; providing exclusive information of strata title properties to open markets.- Representing developers in providing a number of investors to work closely with and also representing investors in providing a number of potential property investment options.- Commercial sales, especially the projects that developers have appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to be their exclusive marketing consultant.

Providing property management support and optimizing quality, efficiency, and cost of operations and improve performance of the real estate property/portfolio such as commercial office, retail, and residential from operational setup of new building through day-to-day operations.- Assuring that SOP, house rules, and the fit out regulation are obeyed in the building.- Building design review and technical assistance for new building.- Coordinating the operations and the engineering team.- Managing the contractors and outsourcing vendors including the tender process.- Planning to create effective work environment to the team and building operational system. - Preparing annual business plan.- Providing building financial management.- Providing good customer service and relation with building tenants.- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and decision making.

- Preparing and chopping all the vegetables, meats, and all other ingredients.- Being the one and only chef to make all the salads.- Making juices and smoothies.- Taking orders and maintaining good relationship with customers.- Cleaning the work area for closing.
