I work with an executive team of 10 in fostering the growth and development of 85 AIESECers at the University of Nairobi chapter.At AIESEC, we are dedicated to nurturing leadership qualities in young individuals, driven by a vision to foster peace and unlock humanity's potential. I was in charge of implementing the entity's legal and financial compliance to ensure its sustainability.My primary responsibilities included:● Management of over 10000 USD on behalf of the organization.● Ensuring the organization’s operations and events are running sustainably.● Ensuring legal compliance of the entity.

The Local Chapter Training and Motivation seminar(LCTMs) is an annual conference bringing together AIESECers and Alumni to activate their leadership and enhance their AIESEC leadership experience.• I was in charge of sourcing for in-kind and monetary partners by working closely with the Business Development department, preparing proposals, and creating a framework of engagement with the partners.• I reached out to 60 companies and secured a monetary and long-term partnership with UNICAF as well as in-kind partnership with Domino’s Pizza, DENRI, and Melvin’s Tea.

I was in charge of the creation and management of projects for exchange participants coming to volunteer in Kenya. My responsibilities included:● Doing research work into potential NGOs that could partner with AIESEC in Kenya.● Driving conversations with alumni and warm contacts.● Partnership Management.

I supported the entity’s president in project tracking across the various departments and communication with the various entity’s stakeholders.My responsibilities included:● Collection and documentation of the entity’s projects and progress.● Design creation for AIESEC in Albania hub as well as content production in synergy with the Icomm team.● In charge of the platform management team.● Entity’s tracking and reporting of progress on all the departments on behalf of the president.Achievement:● Built AIESEC Alumni website to facilitate Alumni Engagement in the entity and improve the membership engagement with the alumni content.
