 Conducting research on the sales of all outlets in Kerala, attending meetings, presenting the reports and suggesting new ideas for sales. As a Senior Co-ordinator, manage all the Zonal coordinators and also evaluating their performance and giving reports to Senior Manager. Accomplishes financial objectives by maintaining proper accounting records and by evaluating trade promotion programs. Periodic evaluation and recording of stock and sales in NDCs and NPCs and preparing reports on its financial feasibility.

 Managing a team of employees and the store. Stoke taking and ordering along with handling invoices and money in store. Monitoring the financial statements, setting targets, tracking the financial position of the store. Accountable for the delivery of exemplary customer service levels ensuring complaints are resolved effectively. Managing stock levels ensuring rotation in line with company processes to ensure effective cost control through reduction in wastage.
