• Leading the engineering team in construction projects from the start till the final handover• Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of MEP systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and client requirements.• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the venders. Selection / Procurement of major equipment for the projects as per specification, local authority and client requirements.• Responsible in electrical drawings preparation, project scheduling, analysing engineering plans andrequirement including handling of submittals for Government Authorities approvals such DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defence etc.• Responsible for review of workshop drawing, material submittal, method statement risk assessment (RAMS) prior submitting to consultant for approval.• Prepare project program. Monitor the project progress on daily and weekly basis, compare with project program to make sure project progress as per program. • Prepare the material tracking schedule and liaise with the purchase department to deliver thematerials as per the site requirement.• Attend site coordination meetings with client/main contractor/consultant for technical/commercialaspects. Preparation of minutes of meeting.• Make sure on time submission of material inspection request to consultant as per submittals and specification as well as work inspection requests as per site progress.• Raise monthly invoices to main contractor/client based monthly work progress. Claims / Variation pricing as per project requirement.• Lead the testing and commissioning activities of complete MEP System. • Review of operation and maintenance manuals prior to submission to consultant/main contractor approval. • Lead the training for client operation team prior to hand over• Final account settlement with main contractor/client• Responsible for the delivery of construction projects ensuring profitable, on time and on qualitycompletion

• Assisting project manager in construction projects from the project start till the final handover• Coordinate with Engineering team on all aspects of MEP works and ensure that provisions are made and requirements are met as per specification requirements.• Involve in electrical design, load calculations and preparation of construction drawings• Supervision for the preparation of material submittal, drawing submittal, method statement submittal for consultant review.• Attend meeting/workshop with consultant for review and approval for material and drawing submittals.• Supervise the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements• Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services• Evaluation of tradesmen, do material take-offs, follow-up material release orders• Coordinate with sub-contractors in all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Services, drawings and execution of MEP works.
