Responsibilities:Preparation of estimation /tender ,Regular dealing with various international suppliers to update with latest interior finishes and their prices to assist in the quoting process and in marketing , Supporting and guiding the design team for shop drawing preparations, Design calculation ,Checking shop drawing and production drawing, Supporting production team with all technical datas,Attending site meetings for technical co ordination, Preparation of daily delivery schedule and site schedule as per requirement, Preparation of cost analysis for each project as per the daily reports & material usage, Doing all technical submissions like material approval, shop drawing approval & design calculation etc,Attending meeting with consultant, client and main contractor ,Submitting variations and follow up, preparation of monthly invoices for ongoing projects, Regular visit to ongoing sites to ensure the quality of interior finishes such,painting,GRC,GRP and Gypsum decorative finishes, gypsum decorative ceiling finishes ,flooring finishes etc.Also to ensure the quality of Tile flooring,Plastering and Block work as per the specification
