*Assigning daily RM complaints to the technical and team and scheduling PPM plan.*Attending complaints from call center and tenants at any time with proper response.*Handling the FM Software(SMARTFM) to close the completed RM & PPM works daily basis without any failure of SLA.*coordinating with the FM engineer incharge for the daily activities.*Maintaining attendance, daily activity reports, monthly report, Work completion reports and any other incident reports to submit as per the requirement.*Help Oversee the work of contracted service providers.*Mail communication with the clients, in-house management and specialist service providers.*Monitoring daily activities of the technicians with proper safety and equipment.*Perform continuous maintenance on Water heaters, pumps, Motors, HVAC systems, Lighting system, Chiller Systems & District cooled ETS system and all plumbing and electrical maintenance for consistent quality and service expectations as per the contract requirement.*Analyzing and figure outs the MEP system such as HVAC, Piping and Electrical Layouts through CAD Drawing.
