As a Strength And Conditioning Coach, I helped clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their performance and health. I designed and implemented customized training programs, monitored progress, and provided feedback and guidance. I also educated clients on sports nutrition and recovery strategies. I have 6 years of experience as a personal fitness trainer and 3 years as a sports nutritionist, working with various gyms and fitness studios. I am CPR & AED certified and have a strong background in exercise science. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sports Biomechanics and Kinesiology at Tamil Nadu Physical Education And Sports University, where I am learning how to analyze and optimize human movement and prevent injuries. I have a strong background in physics and engineering, which helps me understand the biomechanical principles and applications in sports. I am passionate about enhancing the physical and mental well-being of people through fitness and nutrition.
