1. Reconciling the company’s bank statements.2. Review of payroll and processing of salaries.3. Preparation of VAT Returns & VAT Filing.4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.5. Process approved Supplier Invoices on a timely basis.6. Ensure supplier payments are released on due date.7. Ensure supplier reconciliation is performed on a quarterly basis8. Properly posting and replenishing petty cash claims on a timely basis.9. Preparing Daily cash position reports.10. Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.11. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.12. Assist senior financial officers as needed.13. Maintaining historical records.

• Process Journal Entries and Perform Accounting Correction to Ensure Accurate Records.• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.• Focus, Peach Tree, Quick Book and Tally.• Excellent knowledge of financial controls and procedures, US GAAP knowledge.• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
