Responsibilities handled during my tenure from Dec 2019 to till date  Regular monitoring in Aluminum Pressure Die casting machine 250T and 120T for the mfg. of rotors, covers & housing as per the customer requirements.  Planning and organizing production and dispatch plan as per the schedules. Quality control in charge. Product in charge in assuring & increasing the production by following the ISO standards. Preparing PPAP documents. Good relation with Vendor development by committing the product in time and quality to the customers. Preparing the material request, process drawings, planning, and DFMA, FMEA layout, control plan, product inspection, testing & preparation of the comprehensive project plans with technical objectives.

Problem identification through reverse engineering. Performing the market research to understand market requirements & innovative product development. Working individual or in a team function. Involves client interaction / NCR.
