Projects handling in Manufacturing of Aluminum Pressure die casting processes, sand casting, Gravity casting. Castings fully machined if required. Suppliers are CRI PUMPS, AQUASUB, & Export to USA. Responsibilities handled during my tenure from Dec 2019 to till date  Regular monitoring in Aluminum Pressure Die casting machine 250T and 120T for the mfg. of rotors, covers & housing as per the customer requirements.  Planning and organizing production and dispatch plan as per the schedules. Quality control in charge. Product in charge in assuring & increasing the production by following the ISO standards. Preparing PPAP documents. Good relation with Vendor development by committing the product in time and quality to the customers. Preparing the material request, process drawings, planning, and DFMA, FMEA layout, control plan, product inspection, testing & preparation of the comprehensive project plans with technical objectives.

Projects handled in product range include galvanized & PVC coated wire for the industrial applications. Part production, manufacturing and assembly for fencing.Responsibilities handled during my tenure from Oct. 2017 to Oct. 2019  Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and cost estimation for fencing and post. AutoCAD drawings checking & approval for production. Problem identification through reverse engineering. Performing the market research to understand market requirements & innovative product development. Working individual or in a team function. Involves client interaction / NCR. Proficient in communication interacting with vendor development & to deliver the product in time. Have to ensure that the product is manufactured with quality as per the drawing.

Project handled in manufacturing of Gear Box Housings, Lamborghini Passengers Car engine cover and flywheel, Flowserve Pump Casing, Manifolds for trucks, tractor, Valves, etc.

Project handled in design and manufacture of gears, shafts, gearbox casing, and gearbox assemblies, using contemporary integrated manufacturing facilities.Responsibilities from (2008-2009 -Training) & from May 2011 to May 2015  Design calculations are carried out to complete the gear box design and drawings verifications for approval. Preparing process drawings, jigs and fixtures and gauges for manufacturing. Process planning for product development. Job follow -up as per the design. Responsible for quality plan, stage & final inspection. Training to workers. Involved in client interaction / NCR. Proficient in communication. Interacting with vendor development and to deliver the product in time and quality.
