I am enthusiastic and quick-thinking, with first class communication and interpersonal skills. I have constantly striven hard to gain my knowledge and skills in a technical role as well as in customer service. I have good knowledge of IT, electrical systems, and the ventilation industry, with good fault finding skills in electrical and electronic systems down to component level, with an analytical approach.Currently I head up Envirovent's Technical Support Team, system Design Team as well providing internal and external training on ventilation, regulations and specification, including managing Envirovent's NICEIC approved assessment centre.I have a good knowledge of graphics software and printing on various materials and sizes. I have vast experience in designing graphics and theming to suit customers needs. In my previous roles I have proven myself loyal and more than capable of taking on any challenge given to me. I have a flexible approach and a can do approach.In recent years I have gained various qualifications from level 3 assessor, 18th edition, electrical, domestic ventilation, level 2 and 3 ASFP in Passive fire protection among many others.
