I shift between being a high level chief technical officer who focuses on navigating the companies overall direction to being very hands on working with the teams sitting with engineers to mentor them. I am never without a software project or advanced feature to work on personally. It keeps my skills sharp and lets me exercise my brain muscle. Other than that, I am very laid back and a downright pleasure to work for or with. I and my team also enjoy doing consulting work to help teams that are struggling with technical challenges. We give very accurate assessment and advice in a casual and friendly way.
