Working closely with my patients, families and carers across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire I have a team of empathetic, driven physiotherapists who go above and beyond to ensure excellent rehabilitation to give our patients the greatest opportunity to live their best lives. We offer home visits, community support, day service and ICB provision. We also have a clinic for people with pain, injuries or pre/post operatively. We work with adults with complex respiratory, neurological, mobility and cardiac issues. There are 6 of us in the team with over 100 years experience and work to ensure integrated, excellent care beyond what you expect. Sian is a specialist respiratory and learning disability physiotherapist with a passion for sensible, empathic, excellent care and bridging the gap that traditional commissioning routes don't cover. I am passionate about excellence and education. There is a lack of respiratory community support for people with lung disease, long covid or PMLD. There are too few physiotherapists confident and competent enough to manage people with profound and multiple learning disabilities. I can meet this need and develop detailed treatment programmes to prevent ongoing body shape changes and hospital admissions as a consequence of these on the respiratory system.
