Operating in the breadth of business development, strategy, communication and organisation with experience from several projects and responsibilities: • Driving the planning, agenda setting, participation and follow-up of executive and second level management meetings. I combined these responsibilities with my understanding of the business to ensure focus on business critical issues. • Strategi review responsible and responsible for developing and leading a behaviour design programme with the purpose to support the strategic transformation of JN Data. It involved a combined bottom-up and top-down revision of the corporate values, creating an employee reference group and implementation plan.• I have developed and executed the CEO’s strategic communication platform the goal of which was to build trust in the organisation. Together with the CEO I produced a weekly CEO mail that was created to connect with the organisation systematically, set direction and a clear agenda. The weekly mail was supported by a roundtable initiative where all 700 employees were invited to a meeting with the CEO in groups of 10-15 discussing the major change initiatives, impact and progress.
