As a designer at Fipo Group I designed customized licensed apparel and accessories forboth kids and adults. I have designed for both retail and fashion customers and mainly for the Nordic customers. I also made small trend-based collections.The last couple of years my main focus has been on Kids Apparel.Designing in the world of licensing has given me experience in working and designing within Styleguides and guidelines from some of the greatest brands like Disney, Warner, Universal & Hasbro.Experience from Fipo Group:- License Product design – Apparel Kids & Adults- Printdesign - Trendsearch / Moodboards / Small collections- Layout of salespresentations- Making productionsheets for suppliers- Experience in Navision

I was in Bangladesh for 2 month (15.okt-15.dec 2014) to manage our 4 new design employees. My job was to educate them in designing for Fipo Group, making production sheets for suppliers andintroduce them to the world of licenses. In this same period I was also Design Manager forpart of the design team back in Denmark.Experience from Fipo Group, Bangladesh:- Communicate with Sales Department regarding new projects and prioritize projectsaccording to deadline.- Educating Bangladesh employees in designing for european customers and workingwith licenses - incl. styleguides, guidelines etc.
