Former Modelling and Process Innovation, the team is supporting the global optimization efforts within the aseptic manufacturing area. The team consists of 13 full time employees split within the areas of equipment validation with process knowledge within aseptic manufacturing and modelling engineers with competences ranging from digital twin to CFD.

Leader of a team of CFD and validation engineers focusing on improving the aseptic production. The team comprises of 4 CFD and modeling engineers and 5 validation engineers.

Leading a team of 7 highly skilled individuals, the team is part of a larger department which develops mathematical design and automation tools for all of Ørsted. I am responsible for the personal development of my team, including one to ones, people review, development dialogues etc. On a departmental level I am responsible for the allocation alignment towards our largest projects and stakeholders, as well as the overall project alignment for projects anchored within my team. I am also driving the yearly evaluation of the value creation created by the whole department.

Primary work Gaussian Processes (GP), Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), Deep Learning andimage processing.Main projects: Development of models for tyre wear and tyre contact patch; methods used: Image processing, deep neural networks, Gaussian processes. Development of a tool for converting audio tracks mapping of the engine revolutions; methods used: MIP, recurrent neural networks, simple linear neural networks, and dynamical programming. Mapping of aerodynamic characteristics to car characteristics; methods used: General linear models, PCA, Gaussian processes, Gaussian process latent variable models, regression models. Implemented an automatic model selection model for kernels in Gaussian Processes based on the theory presented in David Duvenauds PhD thesis.
