After a few year of gaining experience as a data analyst at the Flemish Government, I started a PhD at the University of Leuven. I’m conducting research on underrepresented groups within engineering. More specifically the recruitment of women and retention of people with a migration background. Additionally, I am a member of the youth organisation of Sensoa, as well as their General Assembly. They promote and support an inclusive reproductive health system.
