In my 9 years as an entrepreneur in the creative commodity sector I have gained invaluable insights in all areas involved in starting a commercial business from scratch. I have hands-on experience in fields like procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, CRM, IT up to running a brick-and-mortar store. It is a journey that has been super interesting so far, learning something new every day. Work experience before going on the entrepreneurial journey:I worked as a statistical analyst within the Public Prosecution Service of Antwerp. As such I was responsible for collecting and analysing data regarding for instance workload and policy implementation and developing key indicators. As a sociologist, I am interested in human behaviour, in the broadest sense. And as an analyst, I believe in using both quantitative and qualitative methods to discover rational (or irrational) patterns.I am a 'generalist'​: a person that can critically analyse any given problem, by asking the right questions, keeping an overview and distinguish between the main goal and the details. I'm good with figures and abstract thinking. I am a fast learner, very creative, problem solving and thinking out of the box is my second nature.
