My background in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences and my interest in clinical research fueled my will to make a difference in medical treatments and healthcare. I am an engaged person, eager to take initiatives and responsibility to move things to the next level.Gained experience in clinical trials working for a multinational Pharma CRO. Quite some years and many projects later, my next step was a switch from pharma to the world of medical devices. Started to work for a CRO specialized in clinical studies with medical devices, and helped the company grow to where we are today. A valued company, setting up and managing clinical studies in Europe, with an amazing team. I love motivating people, networking, traveling, and giving advice and training to bring out the best in people.
