Developing and execute a strategy to support use of projectportfoliomanagement applications in a way to optimize the process of project management. Help the organisation getting used to celebrating successes.

Design future process and use of main modules in relation to strategic and operational processes. Managing technical upgrade of USoft application modules (by supplier) for all relevant functions, including reports. As a proof of concept we started optimizing the supply-chain process including tenders.

Over 4500 desktop systems and laptops had to be replaced and adjusted to a default desktop image and standard applications. My role as a SPOC between the users in the business and the technical transition team. Coordinate inventory of used applications and hardware, including specific CAD-hardware. Planning, communication, inform Management Teams, get people involved and motivated for the project, participate in Stearing Committee. Reduce costs for application maintenance by reducing total amount of used applications, without losing functionality. Reorganise license management.

All ICT related activities have been put together in the ICT company Utrecht (ABU) recently. Organising IT services professionally is the next step. Some essential processes have not been implemented yet. My job is to realise the process for Service Level Reporting (both reporting on service delivery and invoicing) and set up configuration management.

The engineer's agency of Delft asked for help to develop a programme for their 70 employees, to improve knowledge management and collaboration. After taking interviews with employees and their management, we lead the day where we acted inside and outside, in many active ways of cooperation and sharing knowledge. E.g. hiking geocaches, play custom made games like plan&panic, write scenario and record a movie, a wall of knowledge where people and knowledge themes are connected, and a Long Dark Tea Time Of The Soul. Teams were composed using a game, adding the method of Human Dynamics. Feedback of participants: “This sector day was exactly what we meant it to be in terms of depth and impact.” “During this day we proved to be able to collaborate and listen to each other.” “We're happy to assign this job to these trainers” “All employees had a good day. This makes us feel good.”
