About Mie Nakae

Hi! :)My name is Mie Nakae, a brazilian japanese descendent, based in São Paulo and working remotely since 2016. Since June of 2023, I have replaced my 9-5 full time job for a freelancer life, looking for collaborate on any upcoming motion projects and exploring personal projects with different animation techniques.I’m a 2D Motion Designer with +8 years of experience, now focusing on Lottie animations. I have worked for a TV broadcast company and also for some film producers, working with clients like Danone, Extra, Pão de Açúcar, Loggi, Ibis, Microsoft Edge and Vagas.com.A few years ago I was introduced to Lottie Files, a lightweight and scalable type of animations used in websites, apps, splash screens, icons, presentations, social media, etc. Since then, I've been working on freelancer projects with this type of animation.
