I am a highly experienced executive coach, professional mentor and trainer with a reputation for energy, rigour and results! At the core of my practice is a firm belief in the power of the individual to re-align and redefine themselves throughout their lives and I love helping people on that journey!As a coach, I have personally supported over 1000 people nationally and internationally, from all walks of life - and of all ages - to make more informed decisions about their next steps. Whether you are entering employment for the first time, a more experienced manager or a seasoned leader, or someone considering a career break or a "re-purposing", I am there by your side to ensure that you deliver on your potential in a way that is healthy, sustainable and authentic to you!My role as a facilitator and trainer has involved me in the design and delivery of organisational development programmes for over 300 different clients including leading names in local and national government, health care, housing, property, investment banking, media and the arts. With commissions extending from board and 'top tier' leadership development to front line team building, I pride myself on an approach which is personable, innovative and rooted in a desire to promote positive change. I am particularly proud of my extended tenure with Future of London - playing a central role in the creation of their Future Leaders programmes in both London and Manchester since 2011, and overseeing the leadership learning package for over 600 delegates so far!I have a keen interest in psychological assessment and am licensed to use a full range of psychometrics covering both individual aptitude and personality profiling including 360 Degree feedback.I hold a first class honours degree from the London School of Economics and was successfully nominated for the British American Project – an independently funded leadership exchange programme for internationally recognised leaders.
