He has led efforts in all aspects of product and business development, relationship management, and customer service. At Guru Alliance, a firm specializing in custom software development, “intelligent” portals, dashboards, analytics, business process automation, and client-centric applications, Mike partners with clients across numerous verticals. At Global NetWatch, a provider of web performance monitoring solutions, Mike worked with numerous defense contractors, including SAIC and Lockheed Martin, and directly with key individuals in Washington D.C. at the U.S. Dept. of Defense and Dept. of Homeland Security. Prior to Global NetWatch, he led efforts to deliver predictive analysis solutions to the direct marketing industry. During an 18 year career at First Data Corp., Mike held a number of front line and leadership positions, heading up corporate-wide product development working with numerous U.S. banks, and across all FDC divisions, to deliver profitable, state-of-the-art payment solutions. Mike was a key player in creating the industry’s first national credit card "affinity"​ program, AAA/Visa, working directly with AAA headquarters and banks to create and operate a seamless, profitable, and hugely successful program. Mike was appointed by executive leadership to co-lead R&D efforts per FDC’s entry into the world of e-banking solutions, led several key activities working onsite in London during First Data's expansion into the global marketplace, and is the inventor of FDC's "Electronic Payment Option" (EPO).Mike has delivered successful solutions to numerous Fortune 1,000 companies, non-profits, and organizations across a wide range of verticals, including finance, health care, senior care, insurance, education, retail, and others.
