• Educate clients on finance; As the primary duty perform discussions with clients to identify the financial goals and educate them on the asset classes to achieve such goals. Build a KYC profile based on the findings from the discussion.• Analyzing investment options;Based on the findings put forward the best available investment options for the clients. Interpret analysis on the macro and micro economic factors to the clients. Keep up-to date with the changes in the trends, news, world economic matters, local and foreign market sentiments, and connect the dots to provide the best alternatives to invest.• Provide investment recommendationBased on the client type, whether it is a trader or an investor, the relevant analytical method will be used; for a longer-term investor fundamental valuation analysis performed and build a portfolio to achieve their long-term financial objectives. For a trader recommendation will be given based on the findings from technical analysis. I have built a formula, back tested it using Metastock software and performed a test on daily basis on the overall listed companies to find out the developing trends. Provide different types of information based on the types of clients; an institutional fund manager requires deep analysis and a retail investor might need very light analysis. • Regulatory and legal KnowledgeKeep a proper track on the changing regulatory environment is another responsibility performed. A thorough understanding of the country law, SEC act, company act, accounting standards, other regulations governing individual companies and listing rules of CSE. • Ethical conductHandling public money on discretionary accounts and advising public on investments requires ethical conduct. Utmost good faith advices, voluntary disclosure when needed, avoiding conflict of interest, financial well-being of the clients comes priority are few conducts made as my lifestyle.
