• Conducted Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) project of PLTU ANTAM starting from asset register, asset criticality, task list determination, and maintenance scheduling for more than 10000 equipment.• Determined the level of criticality of the ANTAM Steam Powerplant equipment recorded based on the asset register which is divided into 3 categories, namely high, medium, and low• Determined the appropriate preventive and predictive maintenance methods for each existing equipment.

• Efficiently identify and troubleshoot gearbox equipment to minimize downtime and parts replacement, optimizing production costs.• Installing and calibrating butterfly valves with precision instruments for optimal performance and control accuracy.• Solve the problem of repeated maintenance on the diaphragm valve by changing the diaphragm control valve type to the butterfly valve type.• Troubleshooting the ambiguous reading of the radar sensor in measuring the level of TK-2345 tank at Phosphoric Acid Plant.• Managed more than 3 calibration programs and nearly 10 equipment maintenance runs, including preventative and corrective maintenance at the Phosphoric Acid Plant.• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation equipment.
