• Responsible for all HR-based activities within the organization from both strategic and operational function.• Responsible to provide strategic consulting, advice and expertise to improve departmental organization structure effectively and to implement organizational changes• Ensured the provision of need based external trainings to match the current and future needs of the organization.• Filtered through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicants work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary and personal qualifications against open requirements.• Responsible to develop manpower plan in consultation with different stakeholders in organization and communication of manpower planning requirements to the Board of Directors for approval. • Responsible to review overall Job Descriptions on yearly basis. Required to help in development and instilling Business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure all business functions.• Responsible to prepare and execute contracts/agreement with HR consultants for smooth provision of third party contractual staff and other related services. • Participating in negotiation and grievance procedures as provided in Grievances Handling Policy.• Responsible to provide advice and operational support on range of Disciplinary Actions• Provides performance counseling to employees not performing in accordance to established performance standards along with Line Manager or Departmental Heads if required.• Responsible to assist HR auditors (Internal, External) including SBP inspection . Ensure the provision of right information to auditor and suggestions to management for resolution of audit observations.• Responsible to develop and implement HR policies and best practices as per directions and guidelines of State Bank of Pakistan.

Responsible to act as HR Facilitation Manager, to ensure the establishment of TeamGEO Brand and that all HR services are delivered to all TeamGEO members of respective Business Unit in accordance to brand philosophy and promise, where my prime job responsibilities include:-• Development and maintenance of Organizational Structures for each department and its units with the concerned Departmental Heads.• Development and monitoring of Job Descriptions based on the Job Profile for each of the staff with the concerned Departmental Heads. • Development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators with the concerned Departmental Heads.• Developed selection criteria and job description to facilitate recruitment of employees, initial screening, short listing, interviews, orientation and introduction to the organizational culture and hierarchy.• Provide suggestions in Geo Raabta (ERP) for customization and employee database management.• Designed various types of queries & reports for Senior Management for continuous monitoring of Human performance• Responsible for the Talent Hunt activities from the Universities that includes on campus recruitment and student fairs.• Developed strategies to enhance teamwork and motivate staff members for better output.• Facilitating in staff appraisal process, including processing of Annual performance appraisals, performance feedbacks and coaching.• Assist Sr. Manager HR in conducting salary survey of respective departments, includes industry liaison and calculations.• Generating Pulse reports for the Senior Management to raise issues and concerns.• Working as a liaison between staff and Management for successful implementation of HR policies and procedures• Create liaison with Line managers and departmental head to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives.• Prepare quarter wise HR cost allocation and utilization report of designated departments to channels/beams within group.
